Hi my name is Sarah, I work as a sports massage therapist, living in Tramore. I have always had a passion for natural healing and helping others feel good in their bodies. In 2017 I decided to make a career change and started studying Sports Massage Therapy.

I always wanted to work with teams and I've had the pleasure of working with some leading top Jockeys here in Ireland. I've worked with an English Cycling team, a local soccer club, a MMA team in my local town, and numerous runners and cyclists. I've worked side pitch as a first aid responder. This has been an amazing experience. I’ve since taken on a more holistic approach to my massage techniques, promoting wellness through massage.

While studying I developed a love for essential oils, and I started creating my own unique blends using high grade essential oils. These blends are available to purchase at my therapy room at Trá Beo Tramore. It was through my interest in essential oils that inspired me to do a course in aromatouch massage, using a blend of 8 different essential oils to create an overall wellness experience.
