No Shows and Late Cancellations (24 hours+)*
Additionally, clients who schedule an appointment and simply DO NOT show up or cancel within the allotted timeframe of 24 hours will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of half (50%) their scheduled session total in order to reschedule their next appointment.
*Cancellation is required 24 hours prior to appointment; failure to cancel within the required time will result in a fee of 50% of your appointment charge. A No Show is considered failure to cancel or failure to show for a scheduled appointment, the full amount will be required for the fail to cancel or no show appointment. Please give as much notice as possible to allow me the time to fill the appointment, and you will not be charged. This is a small business and my main source of income. Please be respectful of my cancellation policy.

During a consultation Gracie Massage will need to gather some personal information including some medical information. Only the information that it is necessary for the proper assessment and treatment of the client will be requested. These files will be stored securely and will never be viewed by anyone else without the client’s permission. You have a right to request all you stored information at any time.
